Exchanging Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it for another copy of the same item. To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email ONLY and let us know the problem and how we can be of service to you. We do not accept goods to be exchanged at our postal address. We will send you our "returns and exchanges" street address after we hear from you.

 

Conditions:

  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and file a claim with shipper if there is damage to contents. 
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Items must have arrived damaged. Items damaged as a result of usage (scuffed, torn or stained books or scratched DVDs/CDs) are not eligible for return.
  • Defective items will be replaced with an identical item that is not defective.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • We will pay the return shipping if the return is the result of our error. Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.



Returning Non-Defective Items
Unopened cartons and plastic wrap items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date at your expense. To initiate a return, please contact us by email ONLY and let us know the problem and how we can be of service to you. We do not accept returns at our postal address. We will send you our "returns and exchanges" street addres after we hear from you.

Conditions:

  • Item must be returned unopened to qualify for a refund. Opened items (normally cartons for items shipped in bulk or plastic wrap for individually shipped items) cannot be returned.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • If a customer ordered other items in the same order as the returned item and received discounts on the other items as a result of purchasing the returned item, Theatron Media Group, Inc. may adjust the price of the other items in the order and the shipping charges to reflect the return. For example, if the customer received a 10% discount for buying two items and returns only one of them, Theatron Media Group, Inc., at its sole discretion, may choose to remove the 10% discount from the second item.
